Telephone Banking

To check a balance, make a quick transfer, or perform other functions, Primebank offers a Telebanking service by calling (712) 548-7878.

Telephone Banking is easy to use.  To get started, contact a Customer Service Representative at Primebank to obtain a Personal Identification Number (PIN).  Once your pin is established, simply dial the Telephone Banking number, follow the prompts to make your transaction or gather account information.
