Primebank to launch a New Notification System

We are pleased to let you know that Primebank will offer a NEW and EXPANDED alert notification system for your personal accounts!

You can enroll in our new system beginning October 3rd.  Please know that you will no longer receive notifications from the previous alert system October 31st.  (To continue receiving notifcation alerts you must enroll in our new Notifi system).

With our new notification system, only you choose and set up which notifications you recieve and how you receive them.  Choose either text message, email or both.  You will also, now, receive important bank wide notifications.

Beginning October 3rd to enroll in the new notification alert system, follow the instructions below.

Begin by Logging in to Internet Banking

  • Click “Alerts” in the upper right banner

  • Select Contact Options and enter your email or the number for the device you would like to receive text messages. 

  • Click “Send Activation” Button.  An activation code will be emailed or sent via text message.  Enter that Activation code.

  • Next, click “Alert Options”, to set up the alerts.  Scroll down and choose the types of alerts you would like to receive.  Click “+” to see the Alerts options for each category.

  • Choose the “Alerts” you would like to receive by clicking that box.

  • Choose which accounts and thresholds.

  • Once you are done setting up your alerts you can click on the Overview button to see all of your alerts. 

  • Please know you can come back at any-time to add more or delete them via the Alert Options button.

Please do not use the Secure inbox as a choice.  For this option to work you must be logged into Internet Banking or the Primebank Mobile App to receive any notifications.  Thus we do not recommend this option.  The App notification option is to receive banner messages through the Primebank Mobile App without having to be logged into the Primebank Mobile App.

That is all there is to the process.  Enroll in our new and expanded service now and receive all your alerts at your fingertips.

Tyson Events Center and Primebank Announce Expanded Partnership

Oak View Group and the City of Sioux City are excited to announce an expanion in their partnership with Primebank as together they announce Primebanktix.com, the official ticketing site for the Tyson Events Center.  This new mult-year partnership with Primebank will allow patrons to purchase tickets to upcoming events at Primebanktix.com or in person at the Primebank Box Office.

“What this partnership aims to do is create an ease for our patrons to purchase tickets to upcoming events,” said OVG360’s Tim Savona, General Manager of the Tyson Events Center/ Fleet Farm Arena and Orpheum Theatre. “Expanding our current partnership with a community partner that has been open to new and innovative partnerships makes this branded ticketing site an exciting new venture between us and Primebank.”

Patrons will be able to purchase tickets at PrimebankTix.com become the official branding name for the venues ticketing system and continue their partnership for the Primebank Box Office.
