Manager Deposit Services
Primebank is currently accepting applications for the following full-time opening in their Sioux City Hamilton Boulevard Office:
Responsible for oversight of staff and daily operations in the Deposit Department of Primebank’s Hamilton Office, this position also includes various customer service and teller duties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Opening new personal and business deposit accounts
- Training new Deposit Department staff
- Implementing Bank policies and procedures as they relate to the Deposit Department
- Assisting the Market President in attracting new deposit relationships while helping to maintain existing deposit relationships
Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills including attentiveness, information retention, and the ability to work with both customers and staff in a manner exhibiting tact and diplomacy. Requiring above-average attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, this position requires a working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office Suite software. A high school diploma/GED is required for this position with a college or associate’s degree preferred. Previous experience as a bank deposit manager or teller/CSR manager is required.
