Reporting to the SVP of Human Resources, this position provides administrative support for Primebank’s Human Resources, Accounting, and Marketing Departments, as well as Primebank’s Board of Directors, and Chairman and CEO.
Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to perform multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to work with others in a manner exhibiting tact and diplomacy. A working knowledge of computers and general office equipment, as well as an above-average working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat software, is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required with an Associate’s degree preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of previous Administrative Assistant experience is required.

Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills including attentiveness, information retention, and the ability to work with both customers and staff in a manner exhibiting tact and diplomacy. A strong emphasis on accuracy and detail, as well as a working knowledge of computers and general office equipment is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior experience is preferred but not required.
